HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11730 of 2018 ORDER :

As the crime is of the year 2015, undisputedly the police shall complete the investigation and file the final report, preferably within three months, and if at all any arrest is required of the petitioner, the police strictly follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. also the guidelines as held by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1. 2.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of, by left open all defences if at all any final report filed and cognizance taken. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 20th December 2018.
