This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a request to issue direction for expedite disposal of the case in C.C.No.257 of 2009 pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addanki since it is difficult for petitioner herein to produce witnesses.

In view of the request made by the petitioner, it is appropriate to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addanki, to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
