This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 03.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.658 of 2017 in O.S.No.761 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial court has pronounced judgment in the main suit.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing of the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
