THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5138 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.12.2015 for releasing the notional increments and Telangana increments following the directions issued in the circular No.19/92 dated 08-09-1992 keeping view on the award passed in I.D. No. 11/2014 on 19.08.2014 with arrears from the date of reinstatement into service and pass any such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and interest of justice."

2. When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 21.12.2015, and the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

3. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the respondents herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.12.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
