THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.24819 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not entertaining and registering lease deed in respect of the property bearing D.No.6/236/A in sy.No.1104 to an extent of Ac.0.07 cents out of Ac.1-64 cents of Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District on the ground that the said extent of Ac.0-07 cents is in the list of Government lands communicated by the respondents 4 and 5, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.28706 of 2012 vide order dated 09.10.2012 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 5th respondent that in case the petitioner presents any document for mortgage or any other transfer with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.0-07 cents covered by Sy.No.1104 situated at Rangasamudram Village, Porumamilla Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District, he shall receive and process the same for registration, without treating the said land as either Government land or assigned land. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
