SKK,J WP_32638_2016 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" ....to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the objections raised by the petitioners on 30.08.2016 as per the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in R.C.No.SA/ 104/ 2016, dated 05.07.2016, as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and consequently direct the respondents to consider the objections raised by the petitioners."

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the objections said to have been filed by the petitioners on 30.08.2016 before determining the compensation. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
