Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the notification dated 05-07-2016 issued U/R.8(6) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules issued by the 1st Respondent as illegal, unjust, against the principles of natural justice and consequently

direct the 1st respondent not to proceed against the petitioner in pursuance of the notification dated 05-07-2016 issued UIR.8(6) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules issued by the 1st Respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

After arguing the case, Smt.P.Vijaya Kumari, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
