HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2899 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 10.04.2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.11996/2018, wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with circulars and regulations in force and to take action within a period of two months.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submits that the order passed in WP.No.11996/2018 has been complied with and as such the Contempt Case can be closed. Recording the same, the Contempt Cases is closed. No order as to costs.
