THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.39766 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner herein is complaining about the inaction on the part of the police in giving protection by implementing the Order of injunction, dated 19.09.2017 passed in I.A.No.773 of 2017 in O.S.No.138 of 2017 by the learned X-Additional District Judge, Rajamahendravaram.

In view of the availability of the alternative remedy by way of filing an application for police-aid before the Civil Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
