Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner's grievance is that respondents are not considering petitioner's application dt.29.07.2016 for evicting illegal street vendors and pavement / footpath dwellers towards the eastern compound wall of petitioner's property.

Sri Chatla Madhu, counsel appearing for 3rd respondent, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioner's application, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
