At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to file C.M.A. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
