HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITON No.6512 of 2018 ORDER:
The only grievance of the petitioner in preferring this CRP is IA.No.107/2018 filed by the petitioner in OS.No.16/2018 for grant of temporary injunction is not being disposed of by the trial Court, though counters are filed by the contesting parties and arguments are heard.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though notice is ordered and 3rd respondent appeared and filed counter and the other respondents are set exparte, the Court below has not disposed of the said application.
A perusal of the docket goes to show that the matter underwent several adjournments.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner i.e. IA.No.107/2018 in OS.No.16/2018, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the CRP is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
