HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4340 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for appointment of Advocate Commissioner in a suit for specific performance. The learned trial Judge through the order impugned in the revision has found that there is no need or necessity for appointment of Advocate Commissioner for localizing the subject matter of the suit. This Court is in agreement with the brief reason assigned by the trial Court.

Civil revision petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
