This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A7 and A8, in Cr.No.530 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 120-B, 181, 191, 192, 193, 196, 199, 200, 209, 379, 447, 427, 463, 464, 465, 468, 470, 471, 473, 476 read Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they, being real estate agents, have colluded with the other accused in creating fabricated documents.

The learned Public Prosecutor filed a counter stating that the petitioners are the prime accused. He further submits that the investigation is still under progress and if the petitioners are granted bail, it would be difficult for the investigation to go on. 5.

Prima facie, this Court finds some material against the petitioners. Hence, unless the investigation is done, the role of the petitioners will not come to light. Hence, at this stage, this Court opines that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 26, 2018 DSK
