In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A6 seek to withdraw the proceedings in C.C.No. 301 of 2013 from the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Narayanpet, Mahabubnagar District and transfer the same to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubnagar. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 18.12.2018 of SubInspector of Police, Narayanpet P.S., Mahabubnagar and submitted that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 8.7.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to transfer the proceedings in C.C.No.301 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
