O R D E R

This court considering the averment of the petitioner that his statutory application dated 7.10.2015 under Form VI of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed was pending, directing the 4th respondent -Tahsildar to consider the said application in accordance with law and pass orders. Complaining that the respondent has not complied with the said directions of this court, the present contempt case has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submitted that the application of the petitioner was considered and rejected the by the 4th respondent by endorsement No.Ref.B/120/2016 dated 17.3.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent No.4 has not considered the application of the petitioner properly based on record and hence the rejection endorsement is not proper. The correctness or otherwise of the rejection endorsement made by the 4th respondent cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceedings. Since the order passed by this court has been complied with by passing order, I do not find any contempt on the part of the respondent and the contempt case is liable to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed.

However, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection endorsement dated 17.3.2016.
