Mr.Nikhilesh Athreya, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case as a mistake has crept in, in the prayer portion of the revision, with a liberty to file a fresh case. Permission is accorded.

2. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty. The Registry is directed to return the material papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per procedure.
