THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.38609 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in proposing to disburse the compensation amount pertaining to the entire lands in Sy.Nos.322, 323, 324, 325 and 326 situated at Aloor village, Ghattu Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, inspite of the objections of the petitioner dated 09.01.2016 for referring the matter to the civil Court under Sections 30 and 31 of the Land Acquisition Act, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the land in Sy.Nos.322, 323, 324, 325 and 326 of Aloor village, Ghattu Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. It is the further case of the petitioner that he submitted a representation to the third respondent on 09.01.2016. For one reason or other, the third respondent did not pass any orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 09.01.2016. 4.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2016 in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by both counsel, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2016 in accordance with law.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
