This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.8 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.371 of 2018 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 120-B, 457, 380 and 414 I.P.C.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 30.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, and C.C number is awaited.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
