This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.09.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.32769 of 2017.

It is represented that pursuant to filing of the Contempt Case, the aforesaid order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Case, has been complied with and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence.
