Petitioner assails in action on the part of the official respondents in passing orders on representation dated 27-06-2016 said to have been made by him as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the official respondents not to pay the benefits to the un-official respondents 7 to 11, in lieu of land acquired (pooled for establishment of AP State capital) till the disposal of the suit OS No.82 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, filed by him

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. The petitioner instead of seeking the relief sought in this writ petition, can as well seek in the suit filed by him. Petitioner cannot be permitted to pursue two remedies one in the suit and another in this writ petition and maintain parallel proceedings. In the circumstances, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in the suit, if so advised.
