HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 0 2 3 4 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - At the time of hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation before the Deputy Superintendent of Police/ R.3 herein on 11.06.2018, but no action has been taken on the said representation despite lapse of considerable length of time.
Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to verify the said representation and take appropriate action/ pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.
Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representation, dated 11.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action/ pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
