As FCOP.No.681 of 2016 was disposed of by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, by order dated 28.10.2016, there is no need adjudicate the present petition. Learned Counsel for the respondent also reported that a Memorandum of Understanding was entered into between the parties and the same was recorded by the Trial Court. In view of the representation made by the counsel for the respondent, and in view of disposal of FCOP.No.681 of 2016, the Tr.CMP is dismissed as infructuous. The Transfer CMP is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
