This petition is filed by the accused Nos.1 and 4, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.764 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 493, 370, 370A and 109 of IPC.

At the time of the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
