HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11787 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners/ A3 to A5, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.336 of 2018 on the file of Bodhan Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent/ State submits that the police already filed charge sheet and hence, the relief sought for in this criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the police not to arrest the petitioners/ A3 to A5 in the above crime for a period of one month. In the meantime, the petitioners are at liberty to impugn the police final report with cognizance order with Part-II Case Diary, to decide on own merits.
