THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.11060 OF 2014 ORDER:

Mr. Venkateswarlu Sanisetty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, informs the Court that after filing of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is not sending the Constable and interfering with the personal liberty and privacy of the petitioner while attending alteration work to her scheduled property Nos.8-1-398/PM/384/1 and 8-1-398/PM/384 total admeasuring 533.32 square yards.

In that view of the matter, no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
