THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.14207, 14211, 14280 AND 14413 OF COMMON ORDER :

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners' applications for pre-determination of compensation under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, which have been filed long back, have not been taken up by the fourth respondent.

2. Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the fourth respondent states that the fourth respondent has fixed 30.04.2016 as the date for conducting enquiry into the said applications filed by the petitioners.

3. In view of this statement by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, the cause in these writ petitions no longer survives for adjudication.

4. The Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry into the claims of the petitioners within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________________________________ JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO April 27th, 2016 LMV
