BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No. 37957 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed by the applicant in O.A.No.2446 of 2013 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was disposed of by order dated 23.06.2016. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to pay him salaries from 13.02.2008 till date along with arrears and also consider his request for regular appointment as a Village Revenue Assistant. This relief is sought in terms of the order dated 23.06.2016 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.2446 of 2013. Perusal of the order dated 23.06.2016 passed in O.A.No.2446 of 2013 demonstrates that the O.

A was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release and pay salaries due to the applicant together with arrears, if any, in accordance with rules, if at all he worked during the relevant period and also to consider his request for regular appointment as a Village Revenue Officer in accordance with rules and as per his eligibility. Necessary orders in this regard were to be passed within a time frame.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) produced memo dated 31.01.2017 issued by the Tahsildar, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Revenue Department, Government of Telangana, stating to the effect that the file relating to the petitioner's appointment had not been traced and that the post claimed by him was filled up during the year 2012 through a regular recruitment undertaken by the Public Service Commission. He further stated that there was no evidence to show that

the petitioner worked at Anajpur Village pursuant to his alleged appointment in 2008.

In the light of the aforestated memo dated 31.01.2017, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is warranted in this writ petition. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforestated memo dated 31.01.2017, he would necessarily have to seek redressal thereof independently in accordance with law.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
