THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28319 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation/application of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2014 for issuance of Certificate Under Section 38E of A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 and the subsequent enquiry report submitted by the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam vide Lr.No.B/2558/2015, dated 09.10.2015, is illegal, without mentioning any reasons is contrary to Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue Certificate under Section 38E of A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 pertaining to the land in an extent of Acs.19.39 guntas, situated in Survey Nos.274 and 275 of Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners submitted a representation, dated 28.02.2014, to respondent No.2-Revenue Divisional Officer and Special Grade Deputy Collector, Ranga Reddy East Division and no action has been taken thereon till today. Learned counsel requests this Court to direct respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 28.02.2014, by fixing some time.

The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and he submits that action will be taken in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 28.02.2014, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after giving notice and opportunity of being heard to the petitioners.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
