Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner/ A.12 on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.35 of 2016 of Y.V.Palem PS, Chittoor District, registered for the offences under Section 20(1) & (iii) (iv) of A.P. Forest Act and Rules 3 and 4 of A.P. Sandal Wood & Red Sanders Transit Rules, 1969, Section 29 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 and Section 55 (1)(2) & 58 of Biological Diversity Act, 2002 and Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 379, 120 read with Section 149 of IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.12, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
