HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24854 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of second respondent in issuing Memo bearing No.CE(P)/ATP/DEE2/P17/609GL, dated 12.07.2016 as arbitrary, illegal, irrational and unreasonable, apart from being violate of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same.

2. At the time of hearing, Sri S.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition at appropriate time.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
