Pulivarthi Naga Maneendra v. Gowda Ankineedu (Died)
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.6523 of 2018 Order:
Aggrieved by the refusal of the Court below to reopen the evidence, the plaintiff has come up with the above revision.
2. Heard Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The conduct of the petitioner, as seen from the order of the Trial Court, shows that he did not deserve any sympathy. The Trial Court has indicated the dilatory tactics adopted by the petitioner right from the year 2016. His repeated absence and his repeated failure to pay costs, forced the Trial Court to close the evidence. Therefore, I find no justification to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the revision is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
