A letter, dated 02-09-2016 is filed by the learned counsel for the appellant/plaintiff, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit on the ground that the matter is settled outside the Court.

A.S.M.P.No.1465 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner/ respondent, praying to vacate the interim order, dated 03-06-2016 in ASMP No.708 of 2016.

This Court, on 03-06-2016 in ASMP No.708 of 2016 directed the Competent Authority, Land Acquisition (NH-216)- cum-Additional Joint Collector, Kakinada not to disburse the compensation amount to the respondent, until further orders. In view of the above letter dated 02-09-2016, addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order, dated 03-06-2016 passed in ASMP No.708 of 2016 stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
