This Criminal Petition is filed under Section-482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad to complete the trial in Calendar Case No.306 of 2014 and to dispose of the said case expeditiously.

Conceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners and as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana has not opposed to the said request, the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad is directed to dispose of C.C.No.306 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, not later than nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving undue preference to this matter.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
