HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.11227 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.10179 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.215 of 2017 of Falaknama Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.11227 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
