The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent-Commissioner Endowment, in not considering the representation dated 7.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner seeking to delete his agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.76 1⁄2 cents out Ac.11.06 cents situated at Sy.No.20 of M. Nidamaluru Revenue Village, Tangutur Mandal, Prakasam District, from the list of prohibited properties for the purpose of registration, on the file of the respondents 3 and 4, under Section 22A(1)(a) of Registration Act, 1908, (for short, "the Act"), as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application to the 2nd respondentCommissioner Endowment on 7.12.2017, seeking to delete the subject land from the list of prohibited properties, for the purpose of registration, on the file of the respondents 3 and 4, under Section 22A(1)(a) of the Act, no action has been taken so far. Learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, would submit that a direction may be given to the 2nd respondentCommissioner Endowment, to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondentCommissioner Endowments, to deal with the representation dated 07.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner, seeking to delete the subject land from the list of prohibited properties, for the purpose of registration on the file of the respondents 3 and 4 under Section 22-

A(1)(a) of the Act, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
