HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10959 & 10960 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9993 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of P.R.C.No.28 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangaon, which is outcome of crime No.156 of 2010 of Cherial Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3(i)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
