This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP.No. 3871 of 2016 by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-IAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, vide orders dated 17/11/2016.

2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to approach trial court.

3. Permission is accorded with liberty as prayed for.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
