The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 26-05-2018 passed by the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 26-05-2018 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
