Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of filing of charge sheet after completion of investigation by the Investigating Agency, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned court.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
