The writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.4 on the meeseva application No.ADLC011805160175, dated 28-08-2018 filed by the petitioner for mutation of his name in all online web land revenue records in respect of property admeasuring Ac.1-48 cents and Ac.5-08 cents in sy.Nos 142/3 and 142/4 respectively of Thimmanapalem Revenue village of Tripuranthakam Mandal, Prakasam District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority i.e. the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
