These petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1165 of 2016 of L.B Nagar Land and Order Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") on various grounds. But learned Public Prosecutor representing for the State of Telangana submits that the investigation is completed in the said crime and charge sheet is filed and the same is numbered as PRC No.10 of 2017, therefore, at this stage, the crime cannot be quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to renew their request at appropriate time.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
