This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to C.C.No.66 of 2011 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 409 IPC and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that Court below after fullfledged trial, acquitted the petitioner for the aforesaid charges and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
