This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 06-11-2015, in WP.No.36191 of 2015, by the respondent.

In pursuance of Order, dated 11-03-2016, of this Court admitting the Contempt Case and issuing notice in Form-I, the contemnor is personally present. She has filed a counter-affidavit wherein she has stated that the Mandal Level Committee has

disposed of the appeals, which were partly allowed to the extent of 7 out of 17 appellants and that a letter was addressed on 30-03-2016 to the Project Director of Pension Scheme, District Rural Development Authority, Srikakulam District.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above averment of the respondent.

Inasmuch as the Committee has disposed of the appeals al beit with some delay, the order of this Court stood complied with. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the rejection of his appeal, he shall be free to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Contempt Case is dismissed and the Contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
