THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.572 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri Srinivasa Rao Putluri, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that subsequent to compliance with the conditional order dated 06.01.2016 passed by this Court in the present writ petition, the loan account of the petitioner was closed through One Time Settlement and the Andhra Bank issued a No Dues Certificate under letter dated 21.03.2017. A copy of the same is placed on record. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Interim order dated 06.01.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
