THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9129 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.30 of 2016 on the file of IV Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, Ranga Reddy District. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the IV Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of C.C.No.30 of 2016, within a period of six(6) months from today. Insofar as the appearance of the petitioner is concerned, it is open to him to file a petition to dispense with his presence, on the days when he is not in a position to attend the Court and the Magistrate shall consider the same on merits. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
