ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.3 of 2017 on the file of Women Police Station, Khammam, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and under sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submits that in view of filing of charge sheet after completion of investigation, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to petitioner to file appropriate application to quash the charge sheet. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
