THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.828 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of orders of this Court in W.P.No.10738 of 2016 dated 01.04.2016 by the respondents.

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied the order dated 01.04.2016. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall also stand closed.
