Penumatsa Venkata Subadramma, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33129 of 2016 O R D E R:
Petitioners' grievance is that 3rd respondent is making construction in the petitioners' property without obtaining permission from the 2nd respondent.
2.
No material is placed by the petitioners in support of their plea that the 3rd respondent is making construction in the petitioners' property.
3.
Since the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy of filing a civil suit and obtaining an appropriate order from the competent Civil Court restraining interference with the possession of the petitioners in relation to the property owned by them, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
4.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy in the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
