ORAL ORDER:
Complaining that even though valid building permission is granted, employees of second respondent are interfering with the construction activity and not allowing the petitioner to undertake the construction, this writ petition is filed.
Except making vague averments, no material is brought on record to show that there is serious interference by the officers of the respondent municipal corporation, contrary to the building permission granted. On instructions, learned standing counsel for respondent municipal corporation submits that allegations made are wrong and no officer of the municipal corporation is interfering with the construction activity and no coercive action will be taken without following the due process. Having regard to the said submission of the learned standing counsel and since no material is brought on record to show that there is interference, writ petition is premature and accordingly the same is dismissed.
